How we are funded
We rely entirely on voluntary contributions. Without your help we could not continue to provide vital support to members of the accountancy profession and their dependents. We are funded by membership subscriptions, donations and legacies.
Membership of the Benevolent Fund
Any member of the IFA or IAB, including students, who subscribes £5 or more in one year will become a member of the Benevolent Fund. Members are entitled to attend and vote at all General Meetings of the Fund. We will send notification of meetings to all current members who provide a UK address.

We do not share our data with any other body.

How you can to help support us
Subscriptions and/or donations can be made though this website’s donation form.

This can also be done by standing order or by bank transfer using sort code 40 – 40 – 32 and account no. 31108646.

If you prefer, donations or subscriptions can be made by cheque and sent to The Secretary, IFA & IAB Benevolent Fund, 23 Nutbourne Road, Farlington, Portsmouth PO6 1NP. Cheques should be made payable to “The IFA & IAB Benevolent Fund”.

Gift Aid can also be an important addition to our income. Subscriptions and donations collected from UK taxpayers who sign the declaration will allow us to claim Gift Aid on their contributions. You can do this when donating on our website. Remembering the Fund in your will would also be most welcome.
